TAORMINA WEDDINGS was created in 2015 by Mariangela Spinella, who after a long work experience in hospitality and event management decided to create her own business, mixing together local and international flavour.
Mariangela is a talented native Sicilian, passionate, dedicated, energetic and a true expert in all aspects of event planning, with a rare ability to listen and understand peoples needs.
After a degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Perugia and a work experience in the Canary Islands, she settled in Taormina where she worked for 14 years as Banqueting Manager in one of the most luxury and famous hotels of this unique village.
Mariangela has organised more than 1000 events, the most of which are weddings, dealing with people coming from all over the world. It is indeed hard to find a wedding or event planner who is more experienced to execute high-end weddings and events from A-Z. Apart from being extremely organised she is also calm and pleasant to work with, managing to make even the most stressful bride feel relaxed and looked after, assured that all is taken care of.
Being fluent in Italian and English, Mariangela will assist you in designing your wedding or event to be as beautiful and tailor-made as you could ever wish for.
